BSF Seizes Fake Indian Currencies of Rs 2 lakh

Malda, Feb 6 : The BSF Jawans, guarding the Indian border with Bangaldesh in West Bengal's Malda district, have seized a bag containing Rs 2 lakh in fake Indian currencies, which was thrown from the other side of the border, Baishanabnagar police station said on Wednesday.

A troop of BSF patrol party while making round at Naoda and Milik Sultanpur outpost on Tuesday evening found a bag was thrown at an isolated area covered with bushes.

After a search they found the bag with fake Indian currencies.The BSF handed over the bag along with fake notes to the West Bengal Police. (UNI)
