Lucknow, Apr 11: In Azamgarh, the police has announced a reward of Rs 5,000 to the people who would give information about the whereabouts of the missing Tableeghi Jamaat participants.
Other districts too are making such announcements too.
Chief minister Yogi Adityanath also ordered probe on the missing people of the Tabligli Jamaat , who had attended the Markaz at Nizamuddin but are not missing. Around 70 of such Jamaatis is reported to be missing from the state and some of these peoples location were found in other states.
On the other hand chief minister Yogi Adityanath while reviewing the lock down areas in the state ,nhas directed the authorities to strictly enforce the norms and no one should be allowed to come out of their houses in the 104 hotspots in the 15 districts.
"Maintain door step delivery of the essentials to the people so that they don't have any problem. But people should not be allowed to come out of their houses," he strictly conveyed to the district officials.
The CM has ordered that people who were released from hospital from the isolation or quarantine, should be kept under home quarantine for next 14 days under strict vigilance.
Later addressing a press conference additional chief secretary home Awnish Awasthi said in Friday that of the total positive 431 cases in the state, around 300 cases were found in the hotspot areas where there are around 5.31 lakh population.
"If we strictly contain the virus in these hotspots , then the virus would not spread in other places , hence we are taking such stringent steps of lock down in these areas," he said . He said that 41 community kitchen are functioning in these hotspots so that the people are not starved while door to door delivery of vegetables, milk , and grocery were done.
The CM said that the testing facilities and Covid hospitals in the state should be increased and asked the concerned authorities to take these matter in a war footing.
Meanwhile , the government so far has registered 13208 FIRs in the stare under section 188 of tge IPC for violation if tge lock down in which 42,359 people have been made accused.under ESsential,Commodities Act , 344 FIRs were registered till now against 436 people.
Over 31 lakh vehicles were challaned in which over 20,000 were seized and Rs 5.87 crore were recovered as fine. (UNI)
