New Delhi, Oct 26: Former Member of Parliament and former Haryana Chief Minister Om Prakash Chautala's elder son Ajay Chautala has been granted furlough for about two weeks and is likely to be out from Tihar prisons by Sunday morning, the sources said.
The development comes close on heels of the government formation in Haryana following the alliance between JJP and BJP in the state.
It was on Friday evening that the BJP that bagged 40 seats in the 90-member Assembly, announced about its alliance with the Jannayak Janata Party (JJP) led by Dushyant Chautala, Ajay Chautala's son.
Prior to his expulsion from the party, Ajay, who is serving a 10 year sentence in a corruption case at present, was a member of the INLD .
Meanwhile, Manohar Lal Khattar and Dushyant Chautala met the Governor to stake claim and form a government in the state.(UNI)
