BJP ended ‘gundaraj’ in UP: Yogi

Rai Bareli, May 3 : Targeting the Samajwadi Party (SP), Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Friday said that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government ended the 'gundaraj' going on from the previous government's tenure and established peace in the state.

Addressing an electoral rally in support of BJP candidate Dinesh Pratap Singh at the GIC ground in Rai Bareli, Mr Adityanath said that earlier, there was 'gundaraj' in the state, adding that the BJP eliminated it after assuming power.
Initiating a direct conversation with the public, Mr Yogi said, "Do you want a 'corruption-ridden India' of the Congress or a 'corruption-free India' of a clean leader like Mr Modi?"

BJP government ended the lawlessness prevailing in UP and freed people's properties from SP's land-mafia.The goons and criminals are scared of the BJP government and now they have either fled the state or are behind bars," Mr Adityanath averred.
The UP CM said that Modi government opened the bank accounts of people and initiated public welfare schemes like Mudra Yojana and several others. Money was directly transferred to the accounts of the farmers. Toilets were constructed and people were provided residences under the Pradhan Mantri Aawas Yojana.
Slamming Congress General Secretary and in charge for East UP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, Mr Adityanath said that Ms Vadra's husband, brother and mother were out on bail and she should first look at her house.

Now, Ms Vadra has also started devotion towards God and had gone to visit Lord Hanuman in Ayodhya, he said.Mr Yogi said that now it was up to the people to decide whether they wanted a corruption free Modi government or corruption ridden Congress government.Appealing the people to make Mr Dinesh victorious, the BJP leader said that the votes given to him will go directly in Mr Modi's favour.
