Hyderabad, Apr 11: Thunderstorm accompanied with lightning is likely to occur at isolated places of Telangana and Rayalaseema in coming next 24 hours, Meteorological Center warned on Saturday.
In a bulletin released here the Met also warned that thunderstorm accompanied with lightning and gusty winds measuring 30-40 Kmph is likely to occur at isolated places of Telangana on April 13, 14 and 15.
The Met department is expecting thunderstorm and gusty winds (30-40 kmph) and lightning to occur in the districts of Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakshapatnam and East Godavari of North Coastal Andhra Pradesh in the coming 48 hours and on April 15.
Light to moderate rain or thundershowers is likely to occur at isolated places in Telangana and North Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Yanam during the next five days, declared the bulletin.

Max temperatures is likely to remain two to three degrees above normal at certain places in Telangana in the coming 24 hours and in Rayalaseema during the next 48 hours.
Rainfall occurred at isolated places in Telangana, Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Yanam, and dry weather prevailed in Rayalaseema during the past 24 hours.
The highest maximum temperature of 39.5 degree Celsius was recorded at Nizamabad of Telangana and 39.2 degree Celsius was recorded at Kadapa of Andhra Pradesh during the same period, the bulletin added.(UNI)
