Telangana CM to conduct ‘Maha Sudarshan Yagam’ in 100 acres

Hyderabad, Jul 31: Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashehar Rao has decided to perform 'Maha Sudarshan Yagam' at Lakshmi Narasimha temple in Yadadri.
The Chief Minister has discussed about the arrangements to be made for the Yagam with Tridandi Chinna Jeeyar Swamy on Tuesday. The Yagam will be performed in 100 acres of Yagna Vatika with 1048 Yagna Kundals.

It was also decided to have thousands of Rithviks, and another three thousands of assistants. It was further decided to invite Peetadhipathis of Vaishnava Peetham in India and abroad. These include from Badrinath, Srirangam, Jagannath temple, Tirupati and other holy places.

It was also decided to invite all the Central government Heads, Governors, Chief Ministers, Ministers, all Gurus of Hindu sects and concerned related to the Yagam. A decision has been taken to make arrangments for lakhs of devotees who will participate in the Yagam, an official release here said. UNI
