Patna High Court today rejected the bail petitions of three accused in the infamous Bihar Staff Selection Commission (BSSC) question paper leak case.
After hearing arguments of both sides, Justice Neelu Aggarwal rejected the bail petitions of Delhi based businessman Anant Preet Singh Brar alias Anand Brar (a printer responsible for printing of OMR sheets for BSSC's clerical grade examination) and two other accused- Kaushal Singh alias Kishore ) and Rakesh Ranjan alias Rocky (a B.Tech. graduate). All of them are accused of being involved in leaking the question paper for BSSC examination in 2017.
Former BSSC chairman Sudhir Kumar, also an accused in the scam along with his close kins was arrested by Special Investigation Team (SIT) from Hazaribagh in Jharkhand on February 24 last year. (UNI)
