Mounting a scathing attack on the Narendra Modi government, CPI(M) General Secretary Sitaram Yechuri today exhorted the people to defeat the economic policies and communal polarisation followed by the BJP-RSS combine.
"The country is passing through an extra-ordinary situation where the constitution itself has come under attack. The Election Commission, Censor Board, and even the judiciary are under clout. If the BJP comes to power again, they will rewrite the Indian Constitution itself," he said.

The country needed a radical social change for a better living of its people and for that the task is to defeat the fascist forces.
