KEF Infra, a division of KEF Holdings, a multinational diversified Group with operations in strategic investments, infrastructure manufacturing, and healthcare development, across India, UAE and Singapore on Saturday announced that the company will be set up "Construction Building Manufacturing Park in Telangana.

The Manufacturing Park will be established in association with the Telangana government with an investment of Rs 650 crore.

Industry Minister K T Rama Rao welcomed the KEF Infra and assured to provide all the needy help to them. About 200-250 acres of land was required for the park. Four places were identified in Ranga Reddy district and other places but they are yet to be finalized, the Minister said.

As part of the partnership Mr Rao said that the Telangana State Industrial & Infrastructure Corporation (TSIIC) will provide all the basic infrastructure including roads, electricity, water to the park and also promote the Park by providing skill development training to the employees who will join in it.

KEF Infra is going to set up their Industry in 50 acres of land and other ancillary units will come up in the remaining area, he said. The IT Minister said that KEF Infra technology would be utilized in the construction of double-bedroom houses, sewerage, second phase of T-Hub and among other areas.

Founder and Chairman of KEF Infra and KEF Holdings Faizal E Kottikollon said " We are proud to announce the project. The park will provide very sophisticated building manufacturing materials. Besides several factories will assemble in it and several industries are going to come up in Hyderabad and surrounding areas", he said.

The Park will provide 10,000 direct employment and many fold in indirect employment", he said and added that in the next few years, the park will attract Rs 5,000 to Rs 6,000 crore investments.
