Bringing a big relaxation for Australian team, its pacer Kane Richardson has been tested negative for coronavirus.
After the result for COVID-19 test came out and found it negative, he will be back to join his teammates in the Sydney Cricket Ground on Friday.
Richardson was earlier quarantined from the squad after he developed a sore throat. He was earlier in South Africa and from there he came back to his country. After he complained about a sore throat, Australian cricket team’s medical staff took no chance and decided to test him for COVID-19. “As Kane Richardson’s test for COVID-19 has come back negative and he is on his way to the ground. #AUSvNZ,” cricket.com.au tweeted.
