Beijing, Nov 29 : Team China dropped six places to 75th in the latest FIFA rankings released.
China, who lost 2-1 to Syria in the Asian zone 2022 World Cup qualifiers on Nov 14, remain the ninth-ranked team in Asia-Oceania, released on Thursday. Japan (28) leapfrogged Iran (33) to become the top ranked Asia-Oceania team. South Korea is third in 41th, followed by Australia (42), Qatar (55), and Saudi Arabia (67) in the continental level.
The top five positions remain unchanged with Belgium holding onto the top spot, followed by France and Brazil. England is fourth, one place ahead of Uruguay. (XINHUA)
