Chandigarh, Nov 10 : Indian Ramkumar Ramanathan, partnering with Purav Rana and seeded fourth, defeated second seeded Andre Goransson of Switzerland and Christopher Rungkat of Indonesida in straight sets 7-6 (6), 6-3 in the doubles final of the $54,160 Hyogo Noah Challenger in Kobe (Japan).
The title clash lasted one hour and 28 minutes. Raja/Ramanathan serve four aces and committed same number of doubles faults while keeping their first service 63 per cent in. The Indian pair saved five break points out of seven and won three out of six break points.
Goransson/Rungkat committed three double faults and they kept their first service 65 per cent in. They saved three of six break points and won two of seven break points.
