Jerusalem, Oct 31 : Israel's Hapoel Jerusalem achieved a 98-87 victory against Germany's Rasta Vechta in the third round of FIBA Basketball Champions League on Wednesday.

Jerusalem gained a small lead in the first minutes, increasing it to 35-26 at the end of the first quarter thanks to shooting guard James Feldeine.
Vechta's Trevis Simpson gave the Germans some hope, narrowing the gap to just one point at 45-44, but Jerusalem again opened the distance to 54-47 at halftime.
The home team secured the win with a 16-0 run to lead 83-59 lead at the end of the third quarter, increasing it to 94-69 in the 35th minute. Feldeine scored a team high of 25 points, while his teammate J'Covan Brown added 19 points.
