James Neesham’s half-ton pulls New Zealand out of disgrace

Agency News

The lonely fight raised by James Neesham at the tail end with a half century has helped New Zealand to cross 150 after 42 overs.

The seventh wicket partnership between James Neesham and Colin de Grandhomme has virtually stopped Pakistan’s attempt to limit New Zeland below 150. Building a resistance to Pakistan’s pace attack, James Neesham is still batting with 61 runs off 87 balls. Colin de Grandhomme is still on the crease with 46 off 59 balls. New Zealand is now at 173 after 43 overs for five.
