In the fifth and final ODI between New Zealand and India being played in Wellington, New Zealand bowled out India for 252 runs.
One of the highlights of the Indian batting was Rayudu’s 90 before he fell to Henry. Another major contribution was Pandya’s breezy knock of 45 off 22 balls with 5 sixes and 2 fours. Vijay Shankar too played well and in partnership with Rayudu the pair added 98 runs for the Indians before getting run out.
When reports last came, New Zealand had started batting. Bhuvaneshwar Kumar had bowled the first over and Mohammed Shami the second. New Zealand was 18 for 1 with Shami taking the first wicket of Nicholls.
