Jammu, Nov 29: Former Aussie quicker Brett Lee on Thursday said that the sound of tumbling of wicket of master blaster Sachin Tendulkar is his favourite one.
“Tumbling of wicket most probably of Sachin Tendulkar is my favourite, which did not happen so often,” Mr Lee here told reporters.
The legendary cricketer was here in the town to spread awareness on hearing impairment being Cochlear’s Global Hearing Ambassador in collaboration with Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Narayana Superspeciality Hospital.
In a brilliant international career that spanned almost a quarter of a century, no bowler dismissed Indian legend Sachin Tendulkar more than Aussie quick Brett Lee.
From the Test debut in 1999, Sachin Tendulkar and Brett Lee pair faced off 42 times at the highest level and won as many battles as they lost against each other.
Brett Lee is an Australian former international cricketer, who played all three formats of the game and in January 2015, he announced his retirement from all forms of the game. (UNI)
