New Delhi, Sep 19: India's Sajan Bhanwal secured a silver medal in the 77kg Greco-Roman class at the Junior World Wrestling Competition in Slovakia on Tuesday, while Vijay had to settle for bronze in the 55 kg category.
Of the five Indian wrestlers, three could make it to the medal round. However, Sajan had to be contended with a silver in the gold medal match. Sajan, who had bagged a bronze in July 2017 World Junior Championship, had defeated Norway's Per Anders Kure in the quarterfinals.
Vijay won a bronze medal in the 55kg category, while Sagar lost in the 63kg category. (UNI)
