Dravid’s boys lift U 19 World Cup

The Indian lads have done it again. India has for the fourth time lifted the U 19 World Cup at New Zealand. The Indian colts have time and again proved that they are simply the best in the game.

A chunk of the credit for the cricket team’s victory must go to coach Rahul Dravid. With his vast experience, he has been working with the lads relentlessly and all his efforts have paid off with this spectacular victory. Dravid has been able to mould the talented team into one comprehensive unit and that unity and understanding has taken them right to the top.

As all of India exults in this great achievement Dravid, known for humility and humble responses, said that it is not the defining moment of the U-19 as many more path breaking performances can be expected from the Indian boys.

“I am really proud of the boys, proud of the support staff,” said a happy Dravid at the end of the match. “We do what is best for the kids,” he added.

Rs.50 lakh reward has been announced for coach, Rahul Dravid, Rs.30 lakhs for each player and RS.20 lakhs for support staff has also been announced.

Over the years U-19 WC has given India many cricketing stars, the biggest of them being current Captain Virat Kohli who also had led the U 19 team to glory.
