Puducherry, Feb 20: Members of the Indo-Canadian chamber of Industries and commerce on Wednesday held talks with Chief Minister V Narayanasamy in respect of starting new industries in the Union Territory.
An official release said, the Chief Minister held talks with entrepreneurs from India and abroad last month for starting eco-friendly industries here following which many had evinced interest for it.
In this backdrop, Mr Narayanasamy held discussions with the Indo-Canadian chamber of Industries and commerce in which the Chief Minister has assured all assistance to start industries as per the industrial policy evolved earlier.
Puducherry Revenue minister Shajahan was also present on the occasion. (UNI)
