Kolkata, Mar 24: The West Bengal government today enforced lockdown under Complete Safety Regulation Act from 5 pm this afternoon till March 31.
This was announced by Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee at the state secretariat, Nabanna, today.
Ms Banerjee also requested to adhere to all government advisory.
She also said that all essential shops will remain open and urged the people not to panic and keep safe distance from each other due to covid-19. (UNI)
