Amid the uproar by the RJD member, the Minister for Animal Husbandry and Fisheries stood up to defend his party colleague.
Soon after, members of various Opposition parties, including Jairam Ramesh, BK Hariprasad and Ambika Soni of Congress, Sanjay Singh of Aam Aadmi Party and others entered the well of the House and started shouting slogans against the government.
On this, acting Vice-Chairman M V Rajeev Gowda said he would look into the records and anything that is found objectionable, would be expunged. However, members of the Opposition continued with their uproar and shouted slogans against the government. As the uproar continued, the Chair adjourned the House for the day. (UNI)
