Hours ahead of the floor test, senior Congress leader Digvijaya Singh said that the Kamal Nath government will not be able to survive the trust vote.
The trust vote will begin in Madhya Pradesh Assembly at 2pm on Friday. Earlier on Thursday, the Supreme Court, after two days of continuous hearing on former CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan's plea, directed to hold a floor test in the Madhya Pradesh Assembly by 5 pm on Friday.
“After the acceptance of the resignations of 22 MLAs, Kamal Nath government does not have numbers to survive a trust vote. It’s a case of majority government reduced to the minority through use of money and power," Digvijaya Singh said.
