Ayodhya, Nov 18: Nirmohi Akhara, one of the main litigants on the Hindu side in the Ayodhya title suit on Monday wrote a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, demanding their inclusion in the proposed Ram Temple Trust.
Nirmohi Akhara has shot off the letter to the PMO to get 'time' so that they can talk to PM about their views on the Ram Temple and why they should be included in the Ram temple Trust. A letter of Mahant Dinendra Das, of Nirmohi Akhara for PM was handed over to Ayodhya district Magistrate Anuj Kumar Jha here on Monday by Akhara's spokesperson Prabhat Singh. A copy of the letter was also emailed to the PMO for fixing time.
According to the Nirmohi Akhara officials, they have sought time from the PM to meet a five-member delegation of the Akhara at the earliest.
On Sunday, Nirmohil Akhara had decided not to file a review petition against the SC verdict on Ayodhya in which their petition was rejected. But in the meeting they decided to join the Ram temple Trust. (UNI)
