Jammu, Nov 17 : Pakistan Army on Sunday violated the truce agreement by firing unprovoked along the Line of Control in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir.
Defence Spokesman here said that at about 1015 hours, Pakistan initiated unprovoked ceasefire violation along LoC in Shahpur area of district Poonch. "Indian Army is retaliating befittingly to the firing while no injury has been reported so far," he added.
Earlier on November 13, Pakistan violated the ceasefire in Keri Sector of Rajouri. On November 8, one Army jawan attained martyrdom during when Pakistan violated the ceasefire by firing unprovoked in Poonch district. (UNI)
