New Delhi, Nov 9: Shahi Imam of Delhi's Jama Masjid Syed Ahmed Bukhari on Saturday said they accept the Supreme Court judgement on Ayodhya and as far as filing a review petition is concerned, they do not agree with it.
Muslims in the country want peace and they had already clarified that they would accept whatever judgment the apex court delivers, Mr Bukhari told reporters here.
'We accept the court order and the Hindu-Muslim issue which had been going on for several years should come to an end now," Mr Bukhari said.
About the possibility of a review petition being filed against the verdict, he said, 'As far as filing a review petition is concerned, I don't agree with it.' (UNI)
