Riyadh, Oct 29: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday met Saudi King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and other key leaders in the Gulf nation here. He also met Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman.
"Adding even more energy to the India-Saudi Arabia friendship. I had an excellent meeting with Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman. Energy remains an important pillar of our ties," Modi tweeted.
The Prime Minister is in Saudi Arabia on an official invitation from the King.
During his stay, he will address the third session of the Future Investment Institute forum in Riyadh.
Modi also met Jordan King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein here and both sides discussed strengthening bilateral ties and people to people ties.
"Excellent meeting with His Majesty King Abdullah II in Riyadh. We discussed the full range of relations between India and Jordan," Prime Minister tweeted.
"A good beginning to the day! PM Narendra Modi met His Majesty King Abdullah II of Jordan in Riyadh," wrote MEA spokesman Raveesh Kumar in a missive.
Prime Minister held crucial discussions with Saudi Arabia's top ministers on matters concerning energy, labour and agriculture. (UNI)
