New Delhi, Sep 30 : Heated claims and counter claims continued on Monday in the Supreme Court in the Ayodhya title case.
Citing paucity of time, the apex court deferred hearing till Tuesday on pleas connected with the abrogation of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir.
One of the Muslim parties contended that 'Nirmohi' means without 'moh' and they should not have any attachment to property. "Moh means illusion. Nirmohi means without moh. So they should not have any attachment to property. But they still claim. So I mean to say that we should not base our stands on theological aspects but depend on legal aspects," Nizam Pasha, lawyer for Misbahuddeen, told the five-judge Constitution bench, headed by Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi.
