New Delhi , Sep 24 : The North Indian states, including the national capital, felt tremors after a quake hit Pakistan- India (Jammu and Kashmir ) border region on Tuesday evening at around 4.31pm.
The magnitude of the quake was measured at 6.3 on the Richter scale, according to the Indian Meteorologial Department. The tremors of the quake were felt in the northern states including Punjab , Haryana , Himachal Pradesh , Jammu and Kashmir and Delhi.
There are no immediate reports of any damage to life or property so far. (UNI)
