Mathura, Sep 11: Reiterating that terrorism has become global problem having roots in India's neighbourhood, Prime Minister Narendra Modi here said whole world has to stand together against terrorism.
After inaugurating several development schemes and projects here on Wednesday PM Modi said India is fully capable of dealing with internal and external security concerns. “We have done it (actions of terrorism) and will do it again” he said, adding that Central government has zero tolerance policy against terrorism.
Hailing tourism development policy of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government, PM Modi said “Due to consistent efforts of BJP government in the past five years we have gained 34 spot in world tourism ranking issued recently while it was 65 in previous government regime”. He said development of the tourism sector will not only increase revenue in a better manner but also will provide employment to large number of youths”.
PM Modi hailed efforts of Yogi Adityanath government for development of Brij sector to boost religious tourism. He said developments here not only benefit UP but the whole country. He said conservation of environment and saving power will pave way for strengthening and building new India.
Several initiatives like ‘Swachhata hi Seva”, National Animal Disease control program, and other schemes related to health, preservation and protection of animal were launched here Wednesday, PM Modi said, adding that it will accelerate development of state with new pace. (UNI)
