Shiva Kumar unwell, admitted to Hospital


Karnataka Congress leader and former minister, D.K. Shiva Kumar, is expected to be produced before the Court this (Wednesday) afternoon.

Shiva Kumar, arrested by ED, complained of chest pain at night and was rushed to Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi. His sugar level was high and blood pressure low on examination according to reports.

He is being examined by a team of doctors in the RML Hospital. Shiva Kumar’s supporters have blocked the Belgavi-Bagalkot highway in protest against his arrest.

Security arrangements have been tightened in the office and residence of Karnataka Chief Minister, B. S.Yeddyurappa and ED office in Bangalore.
