New Delhi, Aug 27: Nirmohi Akhara, one of the parties in the Ramjanmabhomi-Babri Masjid title (land) dispute, on Tuesday submitted to the Supreme Court's five-judge Constitution bench, that the site map which has been filed does not tally with the original place.
The apex court is hearing a batch of petitions challenging the 2010 Allahabad High Court judgement trifurcation of the disputed 2.77 acres site at Ayodhya. "The site map which has been filed before the apex court does not tally with the original place. It is a matter of worry," counsel Sushil Jain told the bench headed by Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi. (UNI)
