Controversial MP Sashi Tharoor, took the Twitter by storm on Saturday by sharing a morphed picture of him as Shakespeare.
The tweet was unusual this time as Shashi Tharoor normally creates flutter on social media with his linguistic skills. Calling it as ‘the most flattering image’, Tharoor tweeted a morphed photo where he resembles William Shakespeare. The 63-year-old former diplomat, who often baffles social media with his linguistic skills, also said he is "unworthy of honour".
"The most flattering image going around on What's App today - amazed that someone thought of making me into Shakespeare & then actually took the trouble to create this! Thanks to whoever did so (though i am completely unworthy of the honour!) (sic)," he tweeted. The tweet has garnered 16,200 likes and 1,400 retweets.
The three-time MP from Kerala's Thiruvananthpuram is known for his usage of surprising words which are enough to whet the appetite of English language lovers all over world. Shashi Tharoor's one the latest wordplays – floccinaucinihilipilification- had left the internet broken once again. He used the word as part of the promotion of his book on Prime Minister Narendra Modi. In a Tweet he noted: "My new book, THE PARADOXICAL PRIME MINISTER, is more than just a 400-page exercise in floccinaucinihilipilification".
