Pak asks India to ‘withdraw’ envoy Bisaria

Islamabad, Aug 7: Pakistan on Wednesday asked India to withdraw its High Commissioner to Pakistan Ajay Bisaria.

A Pakistan Foreign Ministry statement said New Delhi had also been informed that Pakistan would not be sending its High Commissioner-designate to India.

Earlier in the day, Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan chaired a high-level meeting and decided to downgrade bilateral ties.

In Delhi, BJP leader Ram Madhav said Kashmir was an integral part of India and Pakistan had no locus standi. (UNI)
