Kolkata, Aug 6 : Union Minister Babul Supriyo today alleged that the BJP supporters are being subjected to harassment and getting arrested by the Mamata Banerjee's administration in West Bengal for celebrating the abrogation of Articles 370 and 35A and bifurcation of Jammu and

" She (Mamata Banerjee) got my BJP District Prez & other Party colleagues arrested when they came out to celebrate abrogation of Article 370," Babul Supriyo, who represent the industrial town of Asansol Lok Sabha in West Bengal, alleged in his Twitter handle.

" It's no surprise that she and her TMC opposed it in Parliament," the Minister of State for Environment, Forest and Climate Change in the Union Council of Ministers, said.
He maintained that " Very soon the people of Bengal will mark ‘the End’ of Mamata Banerjee's Taliban Rule."

Quoting Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Babul Supriyo said " PM Modi had said that the Article 370 and Article 35A have done maximum damage to Jammu and Kashmir and only former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee's formula of "Insaniyat, Kashmiriyat and Jamhooriyat" will work in Jammu and Kashmir."

BJP leader Sayantan Basu also alleged that their party supporters have been arrested for taking out a procession with national flag to mark the end of special provisions in J & K. Mr Basu asked if the state ( WB) was in Pakistan as many BJP supporters were being detained and arrested on Monday for celebrating scrapping of articles 370 and 35 A.
