Karnataka rebel MLAs have approached the Supreme Court with a plea in which they have blamed heavily against the Karnataka Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy.
A PTI report said that the SC took note of submission of rebel MLAs, said it will see whether their pleas could be listed tomorrow(Thursday). Senior SC lawyer Mukul Rohatgi likely to represent rebel MLAs in the Supreme Court. Most probably, the apex court may take up matter on Thursday.
Apart from blaming Karnataka Speaker Ramesh Kumar for not accepting resignation, the rebel MLAs have also blamed CM Kumaraswamy for making Karnataka administration to a standstill. “A lot of maladministration is going on. HDK government is rocked by various scandals. Coalition filled with infighting,” said the plea.
