New Delhi, May 29: A day ahead of swearing-in ceremony, Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a series of meetings in the past two days with party president Amit Shah.

JD-U president and Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar held a closed-door meeting with the BJP president at Shah's residence where discussions on ministry allocations to the Bihar party were held.

According to party sources, Kumar, whose party won 16 Lok Sabha seats in the general elections, wants at least two Cabinet ministers and a major ministry for his party. JD-U, which came back to NDA in November 2017, was not part of the outgoing dispensation.
