New Delhi, May 20 : Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) chairperson Swati Maliwal on Monday termed as 'crass' and 'disgusting' Bollywood actor Vivek Oberoi for his tweet, in which he shared a meme that compares Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's relationships to the stages of polling.
Taking to micro-blogging site Twitter, Ms Maliwal said,''It is hardly hilarious. It's crass, disgusting and reveals the sick mentality of its 'creator'@vivekoberoi. Evident that the man lacks everything - political as well as life skills.''
Vivek Oberoi took to Twitter to share a meme that compares Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's relationships to the stages of polling. The meme was a collage of three pictures -- one that shows Aishwarya with Salman Khan, another that shows Aishwarya with Vivek, and a third that shows Aishwarya with Abhishek Bachchan. The first is tagged 'opinion poll', the second 'exit poll' and the third, 'results'.
The meme created by a Twitter user was shared by Vivek on his official handle. "Haha! creative! No politics here....just life ," Vivek said, while sharing the meme. On the work front, Vivek Oberoi will be seen playing the titular role in the upcoming biopic 'PM Narendra Modi'. The movie will be released on May 24, a day after the counting of votes cast in the Lok Sabha elections. (UNI)
