New Delhi, Apr 6 : Education must be affordable so that each and every child can easily get it, due to costly education many children are not able to get it, said former Human Resource Development Minister Murli Manohar Joshi.

"Education is a science in itself, it is a method through which we know what is right or wrong for us. If you want to change the country it can only happen through education. We have to see the problem of students and need to create the path for them. The most important thing that we need to teach our students is that in future, you are the job creators not the job seeker," said Mr Joshi at the 9th World Education Summit organised by Worldwide Achievers here on Saturday.

The aim of the summit, themed on '“India as the global choice of destination for affordable higher education', was to find the key factors for success in digital strategy and to focus on the policies of state government towards enhancing the quality of education across the country so that India can create enough jobs for its graduates.

Actor Gulshan Grover, also present on the occasion said, "I have enormous belief in education that it can help to achieve what you want to be or it gives you a way to come out with any difficulties. My education is the only reason behind my success."

Awards were presented to 55 institutions including-- Vidhya Bhavan, GNA University, Mr. Jacob C.G, Modern Public School, Satluj Public School, United World Institute of Designing, St. Mary's Public School, The Scindia School, Indian Institute of Hotel Management. (UNI)
