New Delhi, Mar 22: India on Friday said it will stay away from the Pakistan National Day function here.
This was announced by MEA spokesman Raveesh Kumar at a media briefing here. Answering questions, Mr Kumar said this has been decided because Pakistan has decided to invite Hurriyat leaders.
To a question, he also said even Indian High Commissioner in Pakistan Ajay Bisaria will also stay away from any official function in Islamabad on the occasion of Pakistan National Day. (UNI)
