CISF Airport security celebrates 50th CISF’s Raising Day

Hyderabad, Mar 10 : Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Airport Security Group, Hyderabad Airport Celebrated the 50th CISF Raising Day, at the CISF Complex near Hyderabad International Airport here on Sunday.

Addressing on the occasion, GMR Hyderabad International Airport Ltd (GHIAL) CEO SGK Kishore, said, “CISF has been meticulously delivering top notch security to the hypersensitive Hyderabad International Airport."

With a motto to provide security with a smile, CISF of the Hyderabad Airport Unit has been our indispensable partner and takes responsibility to tackle in real time during volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous times to thwart any unforeseen incidents, he said.

Congratulating the CISF on the occasion, Kishore also said “CISF has been a valuable collaborator and our partner in progress in our journey of continuous improvement towards technological innovation that has made Hyderabad Airport a pioneer in path breaking passenger centric services of trials of face recognition technology, introduction of Automatic Tray Retrieval System, seamless e-boarding, Express Security Check Lanes, no-stamping of boarding cards among many others."

CISF has been delivering services par excellence meeting the phenomenal growth in passenger traffic, which Hyderabad Airport has been experiencing for the past few years, he added.

Chief Airport Security Officer (CASO) and CISF unit (RGIA) Commandant Sudhir Kumar also addressed the gathering.
