Kishanganj, Mar 6 : A complaint case was today filed in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM), against former president of Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) students union Kanhaiya Kumar for his derogatory remark against Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
State vice-president of BJP minority cell Titua Badwal filed the complaint case against Kumar in the court of CJM, seeking lawful action for his derogatory remark against Modi, at a recent meeting in Kishanganj. He maintained in his petition that dignity of the post of PM had been lowered by the remark.
The petitioner also alleged that Kumar had also instigated the people of minority community during the meeting addressed at Anjuman Islamia Hall in Kishanganj. Such behaviour was unacceptable in a civilised society, he pointed out.
