New Delhi, Feb 27: A bench of the Supreme Court, headed by Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi on Wednesday took the submissions made by the Central government during the course of the hearing of the petition seeking a direction against those who indulged in alleged violence against Kashmiri students after the February 14 Pulwama attack.
"We take note of the Central government's submissions in the case. We also further hear the matter on a later date," the bench of the Top Court said.
The Court had asked ten states to file their respective detailed reply in seven days on the plea filed against the alleged attack on Kashmiri students.
The Apex Court's February 22 order directed all states to take strict action against violence after the Pulwama attack. (UNI)
