New Delhi, Feb 20: Expressing disappointment at the joint statement by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman , the Congress on Wednesday said 'Hugplomacy' was not a substitute for concrete deliverables and specific words.
In a reaction , AICC spokesperson Abhishek Manu Singhvi said the Narendra Modi government failed to extract from Saudi Arabia concrete assurances on reining in Pakistan even for the future.
