New Delhi, Feb 11 : The Supreme Court on Monday dismissed the plea filed by a group of investors seeking a court monitored investigation in connection with the Saradha chit fund scam case.
Refusing to give a go-ahead for a court monitored investigation into the alleged scam, a two-judge bench of the Apex Court, headed by Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi and also comprising Justice Sanjiv Khanna, dismissed the plea.
"We don't find any merit in the petition. We are not included to give a go-ahead for a court monitored investigation in the Saradha chit fund scam case," the Top Court said. (UNI)
