A three-member bench has been appointed for considering the writ petitions in connection with the entry of women between the age of 10-50 into Sabarimala.
Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi and Justices KM Joseph and A K Kaul will consider all the pleas on the Sabarimala issue on November 13 at 3 pm. CJI Gogoi earlier clarified the case would be heard in an open court.
There are three writ pleas stating that the Supreme Court verdict allowing women of all ages to enter Sabarimala is against the fundamental rights of the devotees. There are also 19 review pleas seeking to review the verdict.
