New Delhi, Oct 13: Chief of Corporate Communications of Tata Motors has been sent on leave after allegations of inappropriate behaviour were levelled against him in the heat of MeToo movement.
Complaints of sexual misconduct have been levelled online against prominent journalists, actors, movie directors, comedians and other public figures.
In a Twitter post, Tata Motors’ HR said Mr Suresh Rangarajan has been asked to proceed on leave so that impartial inquiry takes place.
''Allegations are being investigated and an appropriate action will be taken immediately as soon as the enquiry is complete - Tata Motors’ HR,'' said the Twitter post.
A journalist has posted allegations against Rangarajan on her Twitter handle on Thursday. (UNI)
