Apex court cracks the whip on three realtors

New Delhi, Oct 9: The Supreme Court on Tuesday directed to send three Amrapali real estate group directors-Anil Kumar Sharma, Shov Priya and Ajay Kumar-to police custody for not handing over all the documents with respect to its account related to forensics audits.

Headed by Justice Arun Mishra and also comprising Justice Uday Umesh Lalit, the bench regretted that the realtors were playing hide and seek with the authorities.

The Justices ruled that the three directors of the defalcating real estate major will remain in police custody till they handed over the documents in compliance with the September 26 order of the apex court.(UNI )
