CBSE X and XII exams in February

The CBSE has announced that examinations for all Skill Education subjects will be held in the latter half of February 2019.

Along with these it has been decided to also conduct exams for some academic subjects for which only a small number have opted for. These particulars were mentioned by Dr Sanyam Bharadwaj, CBSE Controller of Examinations, in a circular.

The subjects for exams in February for Class X are most likely Carnatic music, Hindustani music, painting, NCC, Elements of Business, Elements of Book keeping and Accountancy, E-Publishing and E-office, dynamics of retailing, Information Technology, Security, Auto mobile technology, Introduction to financial markets, Introduction to tourism, Beauty and wellness, Basic agriculture, Food production, Front office operations, Banking and insurance Marketing and sales and Health-care services.

For Class XII there are 83 probable subjects for February exams. Carnatic music, Hindustani music, Painting, Graphics, Sculpture, App/ Commercial art, Fashion studies, Kathak, Bharatanatyam, Kuchipudi, Odissi, Manipuri, Kathakali and Mohiniattam dance forms, Agriculture, Mass media studies, Traditional knowledge and practices, NCC, Office practices and procedures, Typography and CA English and Hindi, Engineering science, Applied physics, Mech. engineering, Auto engineering, Autoshop RPR and Pr, Food production, Geospatial technology and web application.

There are 48 subjects scheduled for Class X and 59 subjects for Class XII scheduled for examination in March 2019.
