IIM-Indore to train AAI officials for skill development

New Delhi, Oct 3: The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has signed an agreement with Indian Institute of Management (IIM)-Indore for imparting training on management skills to its airport officials.

The Authority said on Wednesday that it has signed an MoU for three years. The Institute has prepared a special course for AAI officers under which, they will be given training for management and leadership development.

AAI Executive Director (Human Resources) Sanjay Jain and IIM-Indore Chief Administrative Officer Colonel (retd) Gururaj Gopinath Pamidi signed the pact. Jain said this programme will help AAI executives in better business management and improve their performance - especially in the wake of increasing air traffic.

In the current financial year, the Authority has tied up with IIM-Bangalore, IIM-Lucknow and MDI Gurugram for the training of its officers. (UNI)
