New Delhi, Aug 30: The Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh on Thursday met Members of Parliament from Kerala and all possible Central assistance to the state which has witnessed biggest deluge of the century.
Led by senior Congress leader and MP AK Antony, the delegation requested the Home Minister for more Central assistance as the state has witnessed huge devastation due to flood and landslides. Home Minister has assured the delegation for all possible help from the Centre.
The Home Ministry has already released the relief assistance of Rs 600 crore which were announced by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Rajnath Singh during their recent visit to the Kerala. (UNI)
